If you have already downloaded the plugin, you are still protected by our 100% Money Back Guarantee within 7 days period, in case you experience a technical bug and we are unable to resolve it. You must provide the necessary access for us to troubleshoot and solve the issue. Only if we cannot solve it, then we’ll happily consider offering a full refund of your money.

Compatibility with third party plugins is not considered as a technical bug. There are a lot of third party plugins and we cannot guarantee full compatibility with all of them.
