If you run on a Bundler’s version that is before 2.0 and you’re experiencing an issue saving your offer, there could be 2 possibilities:

  1. You are using the Block editor (Commonly called Gutenberg) instead of the classic editor.

WordPress 5.0 introduced the Block Editor, which brings a new and different content editing experience. However, there are many reasons to switch back to the Classic Editor.

Bundler is only compatible with the classic editor for now. Thankfully if you’re using Gutenberg, you can still switch back to the classic editor, while creating your offers.

To do this, you have to install the classic editor plugin. It’s awesome and 100% free!

Once activated, the plugin immediately re-enables the Classic Editor. It also adds an option to switch between the two editors (you may need to enable this option from wordpress settings -> writing). This is a great way to experiment and get used to the new WordPress editing experience at your own pace.

In the Block Editor, click the overflow button to reveal the settings panel. Click the Switch to Classic Editor option.
In the Classic Editor, look for the options box on the right side of the screen. Click the Switch to Block Editor link.

2. There could be a compatibility issue with another plugin

The WordPress ecosystem is so complex, and as much as we work hard to ensure Bundler is fully compatible with most of the commonly used plugins, we cannot ensure that it will work for every single plugin out there unfortunately.

But hey! we are here for you! so if you’re experiencing any issue with the plugin, please email us at support@wcbundler.com and we will be glad to help!
